Welcome to the oldest Martial Arts Academy in the Yuba Sutter area. We offer Tang Soo Do (Korean Karate), Boxing, Submission Grappling Aka Shoot Grappling (Similar to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), Wrestling and Mixed Martial Arts.Whether you want to compete, learn self defense or just get in shape we have a program to fit your needs.
